Determine the Future of Between Art & Life!

My beloved subscribers: you would ordinarily receive some kind of newsletter today! And, in a way, you are. But you may also have noticed some lapses in publishing over the past couple of months (if you think about me at all).

Basically, while I started this newsletter intending to do weekly reviews of new releases, I’ve come to find that a bit limiting, and I’m increasingly intrigued by continuing to use this as a sandbox for things like my Last Waltz reflection, my Thanksgiving Movie Marathon, and my interview with Paul Brad Logan. Honestly, those were all a lot more fun to write than my review of Don’t Worry Darling, and my sneaking suspicion is that they were more fun to read, too.

So my question is (and please be honest): did you come here for movie reviews and sundry ephemera and that’s what you want god damn it or are you up for the “Ethan’s sandbox” plan?
